Arihant Arts offers a 2-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items; returns without prior approval or valid unboxing proof will not be accepted. Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Orders can be canceled within 48 hours for a full refund; cancellations after that period may not be accepted. Exchanges are processed via return followed by placing a new order. For European Union customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies under similar conditions. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
