Return & Refund Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused

With tags
-
In its original packaging

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

A valid unboxing video (clear and continuous) is mandatory to claim any return for damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with:

Clear photos of the product

Packaging images

A complete unboxing video as proof
Without valid proof of unboxing, no returns or claims will be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Personal care goods (beauty products, etc.)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items

Gift cards

Custom products, including custom images, personalized items, or custom sizes

Order Cancellation Policy

You are eligible for a 100% refund only if you cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of placing the order.

After 2 days, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a separate new order.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
However:

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Custom products (including custom images and custom sizes) are not eligible

Valid unboxing proof is required for damage claims
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund
